This page lets you request deletion of your guest or Google-linked account and related cloud data for Brain Training Challenge on Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Open your email app and write to contact@triworklab.com.
- Use subject line: Account deletion request – Brain Training Challenge (Google Play).
- Include:
- Your in-game display nickname
- Approximate date you first installed / played (if known)
- If you used Sign in with Google: the Google account email you signed in with
- Optional: your visit / home ID if you use visit features
- Confirmation that you want the account and cloud data deleted
- We will verify the request and process deletion. Typical handling time is within 30 days after we can identify your account.
What we delete
- Guest / device-linked or Google-linked server account for this Google Play edition
- Google Sign-In identity link for that account (we do not delete your Google account itself — only our link and game data)
- Cloud save progress (wardrobe, training room layout, ranks, daily progress, and similar game state)
- Leaderboard submissions tied to that account (or anonymization where a public historical board entry cannot be fully removed without breaking board integrity)
- Published visit / home profile data tied to that account
What may be retained for a limited time
- Security / abuse logs (for example IP, timestamps, error logs): up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- Backups: may persist for up to 90 days after deletion, then expire from rotation.
- Legal holds: only if required by law.
Advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob are controlled by Google / your device advertising settings and are not stored as your game profile on our servers.
Local data on your phone
Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage removes local data on that device. Cloud deletion (this page) is still required if you want server-side progress, leaderboards, and visit data removed.
In-app path
When available in Settings, you can also start an account deletion request from inside the app. Until that control ships, use the email steps above — they are the official request path for Google Play.
